Employment

Chair: Grahame Anderson

The Employment Group focuses on the impact of law and policy on workers, employers, trade unions and the government in the modern workplace. Areas of focus include scrutinising the Government’s post-Brexit plans for workers’ and unions’ rights, the position of the most vulnerable workers in society, the future of work and the impact of technology.

The Group regularly meets shadow ministers to discuss employment law and policy, as well as producing research and policy papers, responses to government consultations. We also hold regular meetings and events for our members and on a range of subjects concerning employment law.
